Processing Time

Standard (non-branded) items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom-branded or printed orders require additional production time depending on order size and complexity — typically 3-10 business days after artwork approval. We will confirm an estimated production time when you place a bulk or branded order.

Delivery Within Kampala

Orders within Kampala are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing is complete.

Delivery Upcountry (Outside Kampala)

Orders to other regions of Uganda typically take 3-7 business days after processing, depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. For large or bulk corporate orders, please contact us directly for a delivery quote.
