Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Custom-Branded Orders

For products involving custom printing, engraving, or branding, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork and approving a proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified except as described in our Refund Policy.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

Any artwork, logos, or branding materials you submit for printing remain your property. You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce any artwork or trademarks you submit to us for production.

Limitation of Liability

Deluxe Advertising is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
